The lotus rises from muddy waters to bloom as a radiant flower, captured here in this detailed pendant.
The double layered lotus pendant is made from sterling silver sheet – I hand saw and form the lotus shapes, solder them together, and meticulously give each layer a different finish. The inner layer is polished to a high shine, while the base layer has a satin finish for contrast. A hidden bail is soldered to the back of the pendant.
All profits from this shop are donated to Asha for Education (ashanet.org), which supports educational projects for the poor in India.
